The Society of Biological Psychiatry offers International Travel Fellowships of $1,500 USD to promising young investigators under the age of 35 from less-developed and less well-funded countries of the five IBRO Regions (Africa, Asian/Pacific, Central and Eastern Europe, Latin America, Western Europe) who would benefit from attending the annual meeting of the Society of Biological Psychiatry. This program will provide exposure of the fellowship recipients to the best science the Society has to offer and facilitate the professional contacts that may yield enduring collaborative and collegial relationships. The award is to help defray the travel costs to attend the annual meeting. In addition, the registration fee will be waived. |
