The conference is themed "Meeting the cardio-metabolic challenges of the 21st century" and will take place at the Sydney Convention Centre in Sydney's beautiful Darling Harbour, Australia, 4-5 November 2011. This second event is designed to bring together specialist clinicians, GPs, dieticians, nurses, public health practitioners and educators to work toward an integrated approach to improve the management and prevention of cardio-metabolic disease. The APCMS meeting is designed to be a highly engaging conference for delegates with a genuine interest in cardiovascular disease, diabetes and obesity.
