 Meeting Registration: To register for the 2012 meeting in San Diego, you will need to login to submit the form.  If you are a Regular Member, In Training Member, Associate Member, CAB Scientist Member or Emeritus Member, you will need to use your SGI user name and password to login. If you have forgotten your user name or password, please contact the SGI office.Members: Please do not let anyone use your SGI user name and password to register for the meeting.  If you do, it will cause your SGI user profile information to change and your name will not appear correctly in the 2012 meeting abstract book.If you are a Non Member or In Training Non Member, you can create a user name and password to login and register for the meeting.  If you have attended previous SGI meetings your previous profile should be accessible. Anyone registering as In Training is required to send a signed letter of support (on official letterhead) to the SGI office before the registration deadline. If your letter of support is not received before the deadline date, you will be required to bring a signed letter of support (on official letterhead) to the registration desk at the SGI meeting and you will be charged the on site In Training Non Member registration fee. In Training letters can be uploaded during the registration process.

   服务费包含:代送签证、代订往返机票、代订当地酒店.  
   服务费不含:各项目所产生的实际费用.
