 Join us for the annual one day Screening Mammography Forum which will be of interest to radiologists, physicians & surgeons, technologists and medical physicists concerned with breast imaging and interventional procedures of the breast.  This annual conference also provides professional development and team building opportunities to affiliated radiologists, mammography technologists, and other interested medical professionals and researchers. In addition there will be an exhibition showcase highlighting mammography equipment and products.  The Screening Mammography Program of BC (SMPBC) is internationally recognized as a well-organized, highly effective program.  SMPBC is pleased to announce that its Annual Education Forum will be held on Saturday, October 29, 2011 at the Marriott Vancouver Pinnacle Downtown.This year the conference will offer a combination of plenary and panel discussions, as well as breakout sessions and a preconference workshop for technologists.  Participants are expected to have a basic knowledge of breast imaging. This program meets the accreditation criteria for radiologists and other specialist physicians, family physicians, radiation technologists (Category A) TBC and physicists TBC.
