This conference is a 3-day adventure-based conference/weekend on Manitoulin Island. The conference has both didactic and practical (experiential) learning activities and is targeted at physicians, nurses, first responders and outdoor enthusiasts. It will include a series of presentations on orienteering, search & rescue, extraction, wilderness and exercise physiology, outdoor health issues and their management.
