会展描述	The 60-th Jubilee International Congress of the European Society for Cardiovascular and Endovascular Surgery (ESCVS) will be held in the beautiful and hospitable city of Moscow – the capital of the Russian Federation, on May 20-22, 2011. A creative Scientific Program devoted to all current aspects of modern cardiovascular surgery is being planned. The Program will cover cross occupational medical issues, including heart surgery and vascular surgery, endovascular procedures and interventional electrophysiology. We consider the main objective of the ESCVS annual congress to be the integration of recent scientific developments and knowledge on the way of implementation into clinical practice of most up-to-date highly informative diagnostic methods, fundamentally new surgical and endovascular approaches to treatment, as well as hybrid surgery and wide use of implantable devices based on latest achievements of fundamental sciences.   60届银禧国际大会的心血管和血管内手术（ESCVS）欧洲协会将在莫斯科举行的美丽和好客的城市-俄罗斯联邦的首都，位于5月20日至22日，2011年。有创造性的科学计划致力于现代心血管外科目前所有方面正在规划中。该计划将涵盖跨职业的医疗包括心脏外科和血管外科手术，血管内介入程序和电生理问题。我们认为，年会的ESCVS主要目标是整合的最新科学发展和知识到最先进最新的非常翔实的诊断方法，从根本上新的手术方法和临床实践血管内就执行的方式处理，例如以及混合手术和对基础科学的最新成果的基础上广泛使用的植入装置
